Rob is a Balancing man who voted significantly for both the Soft and Hard traits. With a difference of only 2 votes between his Soft and Hard side, he can be tough but fair as he sees fit. One moment, he can display characteristics of Hard traits such as strong willed, consistent and organized while other times he can demonstrate his Softhearted ways of being calm, patient and warm. For example, if he was with a group of very laid back, go with the flow type people; there would be no reason for him live through his Hard nature because everyone would be getting along just fine. This type of environment would allow Rob to feel comfortable as his Softhearted self. On the other hand, if he was with a group of people who were having difficulty reaching common ground, through his Hard nature, he could find a way to resolve the conflict while still being reasonable and fair to everyone. Since it is easy for him to balance between his Soft and Hard ways, he has no problem getting along with both Softhearted and Hard natured people.
